We are a decentralized, autonomous organization where members can invest in space companies by converting their membership token into one or more tokens issued by participating space companies. Members can vote on governance proposals concerning the organization and benefit from first-class investor protection standards. Space companies are able to build and mobilize an audience while raising long-term, non-dilutive capital.
