Die Seniorenresidenzen der Zitha-Gruppe wurden gebaut, um den Bed\u00fcrfnissen selbstst\u00e4ndiger Senioren gerecht zu werden, die echten Wohnkomfort in einer individuellen Wohnung suchen. Diese Residenzen bieten in jeder Wohnung einen sehr gut durchdachten Wohnraum, der sich systematisch aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten K\u00fcche und einem Schlafzimmer zusammensetzt.<\/p>\n

Alle Residenzen bieten einen leichten Zugang zu den Dienstleistungen der Seniorinnen und Senioren der Zitha-Gruppe, die sich immer in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he der Residenzen befinden und in v\u00f6lliger Sicherheit zug\u00e4nglich sind. Zu diesen Dienstleistungen geh\u00f6ren Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume, Catering, Krankenpflege, Physiotherapie, Krankenpflege, gerontologische Beratung, Concierge-Service, Nachtwache oder \u00e0 la carte-Dienste wie z.B.
